Sol Design Studio (Sol) was selected by the Client to renovate and update the entire 17,500 sqft campus that includes a Bakery, extensive catering operations, a small market for private-label items, and a significant enlargement of the dining operations.
One of the most iconic delis in all of Tampa Bay, Wright’s has been in business since the 1950’s. Key to the renovation, was to update the entire complex, while not losing the crucial elements that have made it so distinctive in Tampa’s history.
Along with the aesthetic challenges, the size and complexity of Wright’s 6,500 sqft of Commercial Kitchens, “Bakery,” Freezers, Coolers, and secured storages added technical challenges from blending back-room functionalities to a kitchen that is now visible to customers.
