SO Fresh, a national fresh-casual restaurant brand, identified Florida as a major growth opportunity for their good-for-you meals. Sol Design Studio (Sol) working with the SO Fresh national team, provided build-out, design and engineering coordination services for multiple SO Fresh locations in Florida.
The locations included Tampa Downtown, Town Square, SoHo, Lakeland, Carrollwood, Westchase, Palm Harbor, Longwood Valrico, Champions Gate, and Ft Lauderdale. Outside of Florida, the So Fresh team and Sol explored locations in Boston, Woburn and Pittsburgh.
