Sol Design Studio (Sol) in conjunction with Place Architecture and Curated Arts, worked with the Clients on the interior flow, interior design, and finishes for their high-rise penthouse. This penthouse is currently one of the largest penthouses in Florida with the unrivaled view of Bayshore Boulevard and the bay.
Unique features include 5 beds/5 baths and two 1/2 baths, interconnected 3-story space with a main room that has a 2-story high glazing wall to the bay. Its own rooftop pool, outdoor kitchen, and entertainment lounge area. Currently in Construction.
