A Florida Mechanical supplier and installer, looked to expand their commercial facilities to a new location on an 8.5-acre waterfront property. The site would be planned to include an iconic 100,000 sq ft multi-disciplinary corporate headquarters, warehouse, plus outdoor amenities. The corporate headquarters would include continuing education and training conference rooms, offices for the various mechanical disciplines, and corporate management. An adjacent building would incorporate the warehouse and fleet truck parking and maintenance.
Important to the Client was maximizing the use of the waterfront property. The Master Planning incorporated a waterfront boardwalk and dock. Botanical rooms were defined for covered outdoor eating, shaded seating, and a food truck area, all for daily use, corporate events, and weekend family activities.
