Ciccio Restaurant Group (CRG) continues its expansion outside of Hillsborough County. The company’s first foray into Sarasota County, Sol Design Studio (Sol) was challenged to adapt the Fresh Kitchen visual branding developed for the first location in Tampa’s SoHo district to the newly constructed mall environment. The build-to-suit outparcel across from the UTC Mall at the Shoppes at University Center, was the first new construction for CRG.
St. Petersburg, Westshore, Tampa and Boca Raton sites were renovations of existing buildings. Sol continued to successfully adapt the Fresh Kitchen visual branding to these varied environments.
As part of the expansion, Sol worked with the team to further develop and enhance the original Fresh Kitchen brand concepts to deliver a casual refreshing atmosphere that stimulates the senses.
