Sol Design Studio working with 23 Restaurant designed the new Margaritaville, FL location expanding Capone’s Coal Fired Pizza visual brand bringing an entertaining experience from Chicago’s roaring 20’s to central Florida.
The finishes are inspired by the architecture of Al Capone’s era with brick, metal ceilings, dark stained wood trim, and tufted leather seating. Rich visual tones abound harking back to the heady days of the early ’20s. The entrance features a below-ground view into Al Capone’s secret vault.
The 5,100 sqft restaurant features an outdoor dining/bar patio, two kitchens, an indoor bar, and two indoor dining areas. One kitchen is open to the indoor dining area. Its main focal point is the coal-fired ovens serving Capone’s famous pizza selection.
