Design Philosophy
Sol brings a passion for Design , a desire to exceed the client’s goals, and the ability to solve problems. We encourage a Studio approach to closely collaborate with each Client because they are part of the Design Team.
We practice design with an attention to how buildings affect the people that inhabit them. We focus on the harmony between creativity and functionality. We believe that quality is conveyed with the sensory integration of light, sound and touch. We focus on taking the large idea of the complex down to the smallest detail, in this way the design is holistic.

● Barns at Sammis - Sol is designing, with the Client, a multi-building entertainment venue including a restaurant, brewery & distillery, tasting room, concert venue, plus multiple wedding venues located at Mountain Creek and Great Gorge Resorts in Vernon, New Jersey
● Ford's Garage - Continuing Sol’s work on the Ford’s Garage Brand, Novi, Michigan location opening soon
● Motor Enclave - A private racing venue, Sol is designing custom Car Suite’s for multiple Owners
